Externally worn but internally good to very good guide to varied menues for restaurants, including an appendix of actual menus and bills of fare collected by Hotel Monthly. Also includes illustrations showing serving pieces, serving suggestions, cuts of meat, etc. Orange cloth printed in black 10.25 inches tall, 64 + 155 pages, index, publisher's ads. Covers heavily worn at the extremities including some fraying, internally much better with good hinges, sound text block, clean pages with some darkening to a few of the inner margins, note written on first index page, no other markings. Hard Cover. Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
