The things we ignore are sometimes messages from our own inner knowing. When you practice noticing what's inside of you, you can start to have a conversation with yourself. Experiencing emotions is one of the ways our bodies communicates with our intellect.
When you can take the time to notice yourself without judging, you'll connect to feelings more easily. Use this journal to fully listen to what your body needs to tell you. As you practice accepting your feelings without shaming or criticizing yourself, you will grow in self-confidence and awareness. Sometimes our feelings get our attention before we "logically" know something. Being more aware of this will improve the conversations you have with yourself!
Taking care of yourself is more than wellness visits to your health care practitioner. It's more than a visit to the spa for some pampering.
