Neuware - It is hard to believe that a Federation of Planets, which Earthlings like to envision in tales of science fiction, could ever be a reality without Earth having first transcended its differences to become a Federation in its own right. Blending both fact and fiction, present and future, FEDERATION takes us on a trek of shattered plans, war and chaos, from the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, to the boundless skies of Barcelona, and through the dark and turbulent revolutions of the Congo. It's the story of three people who, in their attempts to change the world, are themselves forever changed.
