Earth has eleven months. There are ten others. Federate, or drown.
On March 11, 2026, the world as we know it begins to unravel. A catastrophic geomagnetic excursion triggers a sudden, violent shift across the globe—igniting the Pacific Ring of Fire, unleashing super-storms, and plunging humanity toward an inescapable planetary emergency known simply as The Cascade.
But the true crisis is not just written in the cracking earth; it is echoing inside the human mind.
Across the globe, a mysterious cosmic frequency pulsing at exactly 41.8 Hz—the ancient Carrier Wave—begins to synchronize the brainwaves of disconnected individuals. In Romania, visionary neuroscientist Vlad Lazar undergoes a shattering neural vision that reveals the true, terrifying scale of the coming catastrophe, alongside the forgotten architectural remnants of an antediluvian civilization hidden beneath the Moon’s surface.
To survive the impending Long Winter, humanity must look upward. A radical survival plan is set in motion: the Manus Programme, an ambitious mission to construct a lunar refuge in the lava tubes of the Marius Hills using an army of mind-controlled, autonomous robotic chassis.
As human civilization fractures under environmental and political collapse, eleven uniquely chosen minds—ranging from a hardware coordinator at CERN to an artificial intelligence engine named Copilot-Eight—are drawn together by the wave. Gathering in a subterranean bunker beneath Geneva, they must overcome deep-seated geopolitical distrust to draft a single, ultimate document: The Charter of the Federation of Earth.
Can a divided species unite under one planetary banner before the surface freezes completely? Or will human history end in silence?
