How often do you come across leaders in Organizations who are cherished and celebrated for life?
This fascinating leadership life-guide book decodes the immensely powerful ‘Father Manager Belief System’ and its potential to transform the organization, teams and the leader. With the eight natural stages of leadership, the author relates the evolving relationship between a Father and a child to innovative practices of leading a team. Packed with over 50 valuable tips and anecdotes, this book will be relevant for a new manager to a top-notch executive to lead a legacy with contentment.
With a spectacular storytelling style with Freddie, the Father Manager and his team, this book draws a parallel with the journey of fathering a child to dynamic practices of leading a team. Remarkably meaningful case-studies are infused in the narrative of ‘Father of Your Team’. Leaders can reflect on and refuel their leadership to lead a life full of pride and contentment.
The eight natural stages of leadership model with stage characteristics provide well-grounded guidance for effective adoption. The stage characteristics are connected to solutions for practical modern-day industry challenges that the leaders encounter.
Leaders will remain relevant, and revered regardless of any changes, once they reflect and practice the perspectives of a Father Manager, offered in this book.
The ‘Father Manager Belief system’ introduces the concept of life-time leadership that transcends transactional team management and conventional leadership theories.
Dr. Venkat Kumaresan brings his wit and wisdom subtly through the narrative of the mesmerizing screenplay.
What you are about to read is the synthesis of over 20 years of tried and tested perspective in leading people. The thought-provoking ideas in this book are relevant to the corner office executive as much as it is to the rookie manager.
