When a violent attack threatens the realm of Colkirk and signals the return of an ancient evil, fate binds six strangers together in a desperate fight for survival. This is no ordinary struggle it’s a clash of legacies, betrayal, and magic that will test their strength, loyalty, and the very will of the gods.
Clovis Gorkem, heir to the Aeberuthey throne, carries the weight of leadership and a dark curse that links him to his sworn rival, Iathos Casxes. As his kingdom teeters on the edge of ruin, Clovis must hold his uneasy alliance together even as fate twists his every step.
Mika Gorkem, saved from certain death by the brave and mysterious Zeppo Vidali, is determined to repay him. But her greatest battle lies within: her growing magical power threatens to consume her if she cannot gain control.
Kilgi Mohlo, a fierce freelancer with a haunted past, swore she’d never fight for anyone but herself again. But as war looms, unexpected friendships begin to thaw her guarded heart.
Ehiliana Pinkali, the scholarly bookkeeper, finds herself in a race against time to uncover the truth behind the evil returning to Colkirk before it consumes them all.
This is not a tale of shining armor and noble quests. This is a gritty fantasy book for those who crave dark fantasy novels rich with betrayal, royal intrigue, and unstable magic. Fans of epic fantasy books, fantasy series, and books like Brandon Sanderson will be pulled into a world where no destiny is guaranteed, and every choice has consequences.
If you love magic fantasy novels, fantasy books about fate, and dark fantasy books for adults, this is your next must-read.
