Using his experience with major corporations, start-ups, governments, and other organizations all over the world, John Hathaway-Bates enables readers to take control over their professional futures by honing their skills in Tactical Marketing. He shows them how to improve communication throughout the business organization by using the strengths of engineering, research and development, management, and distribution - which will allow any business, large or small, to compete effectively even in the most competitive markets. Every technique of Tactical Marketing and Management is clearly explained, with checklists and visual aids, allowing the reader to understand and adapt the format to his or her own needs.
Throughout the book John Hathaway-Bates demonstrates how to focus on achieving immediate results, and includes real-world examples that show how to "fast track" a tactical solution into an overall marketing strategy, without disrupting ongoing operations in any way. Drawing on his experience as a commercial tactician working for corporations and other organizations around the world, he explains in everyday language the very concept of achieving success that is going to appeal to everyone, from the union organizer to the Chairman of the Board.
Detailed sections spell out concept and application of all aspects of creating a successful organization, ranging from Image Marketing to Consolidation Marketing, Trend Marketing to Demand Driven Manufacturing, auditing a Marketing Plan to conducting a thorough and accurate marketing analysis.
Fast Track Marketing is an essential tool for anyone in business who wishes to tap new markets or just increase efficiency in new business production. It is a vital resource for marketing and sales managers who wish to build an efficient and reliable operation, just as it is also important to other managers, presidents, and chief financial officers, who wish to analyze the effectiveness of their organization's performance.
