An estimated 200 customers are ordering one or more hamburgers every second of every day in this country. This totals $10 billion annually in hamburger sales alone in fast-food chains. in 1985, consumer spending in fast-food chains reached $51 billion per year. That's about $200 per year for every man, woman and child in this country. While healthy, low-calorie menu options are still the exception rather than the rule, the fast-food chains have been responding to the cry for better nutrition. This book is designed to help you make healthy, intelligent choices. - Back cover. Former library book.
