Staying in the background has always been easy. I'm the nice twin. The helpful one. The one who believes that relationships and love only happen to other people- which explains why I never saw him coming.
Kash Malone.
The larger-than-life, tattooed resident ladies' man of Exiled Ink has his sights set on me and isn't backing down. No matter how much I try to ignore him or push him away, he's always there with promises of how great we could be together. The more time I spend with him, the more I'm starting to agree, and that could cost me everything.

Love 'em and leave 'em. That was always my motto. Relationships and me were not a good mix, especially after my ex vandalized our shop. Until I met her.
Mila Morgan.
My Sunshine. My little baker. My future wife.
She flipped my world on its axis. I need her like the sun needs the moon. She won't give me the time of day, but that's okay, because I have a plan.
They say the road to hell is paved with good intentions, and where Mila is concerned, I only have the best of intentions. The kind that ends with her wearing my ring and taking my name. Nothing else matters but making her mine.
