- Book 3 of 3: The Fallen and the Elect Series
In this conclusion to The Fallen and the Elect series, a child is considered so special that a secret group within the Roman Catholic Church is willing to die to protect him. But why? A cardinal is murdered. The mysterious involvement of an angel and persons associated with the Aurora project propels Father Hernandez, Sister Justine, and Michael Saunders into the investigation. Since first attempting to learn why heavenly messengers would present indiscriminate eulogies at funeral services, with an angel killing over one hundred people at one service, and angels later delivering enigmatic announcements across the world, all leads to new revelations and new dangers. The three learn that the ramifications of their earlier discoveries could have a major impact on the future of the Church, as the nature of the child is more profound than first realized. With the attempt to uncover the truth, and the involvement of angels intensified, a showdown is inevitable.
