A thin line between love and fake …

Firefighter Wiley Alexander is known as the charming playboy of Kimbell, Texas. But despite his many relationships, he’s never fallen in love. Determined to discover why, he uses his computer savvy and artificial intelligence to find the secret to true love. Instead of using it for himself, he packages the research and launches an online dating app. As the app grows in popularity, he lands a feature on a popular love guru's vlog.

Only one problem. Wiley told the vlogger he met his fiancé through the dating app! Now he has three weeks to find a woman crazy enough to go along with his ruse.

Successful business mogul Zaire Kincaid is single-handedly dominating the real estate industry in Kimbell, Texas. But her love life is perpetually DOA and she's the last of her siblings to find true love. Her family, friends, and the whole town constantly badger her about when she'll get married. When her sister decides to have her wedding in their hometown, Zaire's family is eager to meet Zaire's mystery boyfriend.

Only one problem. Zaire made him up! Just when she desperately needs a date to her sister's wedding, Wiley Alexander shows up with an offer she can't refuse.

When news of Wiley and Zaire's "engagement" spreads through the town, they instantly become #relationship goals! The more time they spend together, the more they struggle to separate their fake actions from the real feelings developing between them.

But when an unexpected complication ends their fake engagement, they are left with broken hearts.
