Why Indian spirituality holds the key to a life of true fulfilment – the new book from the multi-million-copy bestselling authors of IKIGAI
How can I find purpose in my life?
In Hindu philosophy, there are four goals that all human beings strive for: virtue, prosperity, love and freedom. If you can find the balance between them, you will discover the Four-Way Path – and begin a journey into true and lasting fulfilment.
Uplifting and comforting, this book honours some of the oldest and greatest spiritual practices to explain how the Four-Way Path can awaken your purpose, free you from stress and fear, and find lasting peace.
It will unlock a life full of happiness and meaning.
Héctor García and Francesc Miralles have spent a decade travelling the world, uncovering the secrets of the happiest and most fulfilled people on the planet.
It is a journey that first took them to Okinawa, Japan, where they spoke to more than a hundred villagers about their philosophy of life. The result was Ikigai, a million-copy-bestselling introduction to the Japanese secret to happiness and longevity.
Since 2018, Héctor and Francesc have been delving into the secrets of Indian spirituality. From Kerala to Delhi, they have travelled India speaking to thousands of people about their culture's approach to happiness and fulfilment. In The Four-Way Path, they reveal what they have learnt.
