Octavo, blue cloth covers with silver spine titles. xviii [6] + 406 pages. Includes index. Book is in fine condition. Dust jacket has a little rubbing on rear panel, else very good.Originally published in 1928. "The size of the republication has been enlarged to improve the readability of the text. The original text has been left intact." "This book alone will go far to plug a gaping hole in many a lawyer's fund of background knowlege. It could fill in a knowledge gap, as I suspect it has for a number of constitutional scholars who have shown great aptitude for citing ancient documents but without mentioning Hutchison as a demon cataloguer." -- from the Introduction by Lundberg. Constitution of the United States, Constitutional Law. 010608A.
