HAVE YOU EVER DREAMED OF BEING A HACKER?
Sam has a secret.
To everyone around her, she is an ordinary teenager. But hidden behind a screen, she becomes Foresight a gifted hacker capable of slipping into places most people do not even know exist.
Online, she has found freedom, power and a world where her abilities finally mean something. But as she ventures deeper into the darkest corners of the internet, the boundary between her two lives begins to disappear.
Soon, Sam will discover that the digital world is not a game. The people watching from the shadows are real. The danger is real. And one wrong decision could expose everything she has fought to keep hidden.
What makes FORESIGHT different from other hacker thrillers is the experience behind it.
Craig Ford is not simply imagining what it might be like to be a gifted hacker. He is a working cybersecurity engineer and ethical hacker with more than two decades of experience inside the industry. Named Australia’s Cybersecurity Professional of the Year, Craig serves on the national board of the Australian Information Security Association and has written two nonfiction books helping everyday people understand cybersecurity and stay safer online.
He knows how hackers think. He understands the techniques, the technology and the hidden digital world Sam is entering.
Sam’s story is fiction. The world beneath it is very real.
Fast-paced, authentic and unsettlingly believable, FORESIGHT takes readers inside the mind of a brilliant teenage hacker and into a world most people never realise is operating around them.
Enter the world of Foresight. Just remember: once you see what is hiding in the shadows, you may never look at the internet the same way again.
