Normal wear, marks and tear apply consistent with use and age. 336 pages all intact, all pages, text, and illustrations are in beautiful, clean, readable order. Binding: the design is based on a combined nocturnal, lunar volvelle and Rojas projection, made in Rome by A. Leonae. 1589. Title page: detail of a portrait of Jacobus Blauw. Oil painting by Jean-Jacques-Louis David, 1795. Set in Ehrhardt at The Folio Society.
