Taking an ordinary property and dividing it into individual rooms that rent out individually, is a highly effective way of making huge profits quickly. Amazingly, with just five properties or fewer you can make life-changing income, and in this informed and inspiring book, you’ll learn exactly how Wendy Whittaker-Large did it and how you can too: allowing you to give up your job, spend more time with your family and travel the world.
Known as a House of Multiple Occupation (HMO), the current UK market is seeing more and more demand for high quality accommodation which addresses the needs of tenants in this lucrative market. Extraordinary Profits from Ordinary Properties explains Wendy’s unique five step system for creating income through HMOs which she now helps others implement so they too can create a dream lifestyle.
Wendy shares with you how she went from being a regular, but stressed out mother of four with no time and no money to being financially free and loving life. Her story details her highs and lows along the way, the challenges and the setbacks, and how her biggest struggle led to her greatest breakthrough. As well as detailing her simple five-step system, this book will help you navigate your way through the complexities of setting up a property business including
- How to create solid foundations for your business
- Tax rules and legislation
- The history and context of HMOs and where this sector of the housing market is heading
- Current trends and influences in HMOs
- Tools you can adopt to make everything MUCH easier
If you are considering or are currently investing in HMOs, this book will give you knowledge, understanding and insight on the current market. This will enable you to stay ahead of the curve and see the emerging trends which will give you confidence, vision and perspective, and if you wish, complete time and financial freedom.
