Sometimes you have to dig deep to find that hidden glow, passion, and strength. It means telling the truth and being real throughout the peaks and valleys we call life. You must take it one day at a time, one hour at a time, one minute at a time. Life isn't always easy. As women, we have the power to make our lives as great as we possibly can. We introduce The Extraordinary Makeover: Hidden Expressions Of The Every Day Woman to be our everything when we feel like we have nothing left but know that we want to win!
When we decided to write this book, we all agreed to unveil the secrets that make us extraordinary women. While it would have been easy to fill this book about high notes and stories about our wins, that is not the story we desired to tell. These stories are about transparency and true life makeovers. We wanted to share our stories, not to cause you to question who you are or where you've been, because each of our journeys are different. But we do hope that you will see yourself in these pages, and be open to the lessons we've learned, the opportunities that await you, and the strength that undoubtedly exist in you. It's time to unleash and reveal the extraordinary you!
This collaboration would not be possible if these extraordinary women didn't say YES! Alicia R. Mathis, Tnitra King, Raw Wisdom, Salvia Giridhar, Nicole Welton, Kita Holmes, Shakeita Price, Jackie M. Brooks, Keyona Squire, Micola K. Glasgow, Maryanna Eva Lanham, Rhamsye A. Brown, Antoinette Scott, Carrie Jackson, Briele Carter, Dr. Rashida Mendes, and G.G Carter. Thank you for answering the call to write your story. Your stories and life lessons will resonate for a lifetime and change the lives of many women across the world.
