A Practical Guide to Creating, Administering, and Managing Express Trusts
Express trusts can play an important role in managing property, protecting beneficiaries, organizing wealth, and carrying out long-term financial and estate planning objectives. However, establishing and administering a trust requires careful attention to intention, trust property, beneficiaries, trustee responsibilities, legal formalities, and ongoing compliance.
EXPRESS TRUSTS IN PRACTICE provides a practical introduction to the creation and management of express trust arrangements. Written in clear language, this guide explains the key stages of establishing a trust, managing trust property, appointing and supervising trustees, protecting beneficiary rights, handling disputes, and dealing with changes or termination.
