From the Author
Updated through the 104th Congress to include many new opportunities and changes in exporting and export assistance, the 3rd Ed. represents a major revision and expansion of the earlier editions. A well known consultant in the field of international trade and finance describes it as a "...thorough, easy-to-understand, and in my opinion the best in the market on the subject of trade financing." The first edition was review by "Kiplinger's Personal Fiance Magazine as "More that 400 pages of just about everything you need to know about exporting." The current edition exceeds 600 pages which says a great deal as to its comprehensive treatment of the subject and why the book is extensively used as a textbook as well as a reference manual by exporters and allied fields.
