This is not just another tourist brochure dressed as a guidebook. Explore Malta: A Clear Guide for Travelers is written by Lena Solstice, a travel expert with years of local insight, for real people who want the truth—clearly told, deeply useful, and beautifully direct.
This guidebook is your honest, smart travel companion—just like a local friend who knows every street, shortcut, and seasonal trick.
What makes this guide different?
- Clear answers to real traveler questions. No vague tips or overused phrases.
- Only open and updated places for 2025. No disappointments from closed restaurants or outdated ferry info.
- Designed like a conversation. Simple, smart, and straight to the point.
- Written like a local. No fake enthusiasm or travel clichés.
In this book, you'll find:
- The best ways to spend 1, 5, or 7 days across Malta, Gozo, and Comino
- How to avoid overpriced tourist traps and scams that still catch first-timers
- Where to eat like a local—from budget kiosks to authentic Valletta restaurants
- Malta’s real beaches: which ones are overrated, which are safe for kids, and which are worth the hike
- Hidden gems you won't find in most guides—like a sheep farm that sells fresh cheese at sunrise
- Details on how to book ferries, buses, villas, and farmhouses without getting overwhelmed
- What to never do in Malta (including one mistake that could ruin your trip)
Goals of the Book:
- Help you see more in less time
- Give you local confidence, even if it’s your first time
- Save you from booking mistakes and wasted money
- Make you feel like you’ve been there before—even if you haven’t
- Empower you to travel smarter, not harder
Worried this might be “just another guidebook”?
It’s not. This guide was built from the ground up based on what real travelers ask, worry about, and wish they knew sooner. It's written in basic English with a human tone—not copy-pasted filler. It doesn’t try to impress you with flowery language or drown you in history lectures unless that history helps you enjoy your visit. You won’t find lists copied from TripAdvisor or places that closed in 2022.
There’s a sleepy hilltop café in Gozo, just past a vineyard no one marks on maps, where the owner still bakes fig cake in a wood-fired oven every Friday. We’ll tell you how to get there—if you read far enough.
You might be thinking...
Can’t I just use Google or a free blog?
Not really. Most of what you’ll find online is outdated, vague, or built for clicks. This book is built for clarity and for you. It’s a complete, no-nonsense tool to help you get the most out of your time, money, and experience in Malta.
What if I’ve never been to Malta before?
Perfect. This book assumes nothing. Every section is written with fresh eyes in mind, whether you're solo, with kids, with a partner, or just curious. You don’t need to know where Mellieħa or Mdina is. We’ll get you there.
If you want a Malta experience that’s effortless, eye-opening, and worth every euro, this is the book to take with you.
Buy Explore Malta: A Clear Guide for Travelers today—because wasting your trip on bad advice is not an option.
