About the Author
Hemant Chittoo has more than 30 years’ experience in different Tertiary Education Institutions in Mauritius and has been a visiting Faculty for Universities in UK, India and Australia. He is a Professor, Researcher, Consultant in the field of Management. He has led the School of Business, Management and Finance for 6 years and has been the Ag. Director General of the University of Technology, Mauritius for nearly 2 years, among other major functions he has held like providing his services to Boards of Directors of various organizations. He has managed several crisis situations successfully. Dr. Chittoo has also provided consultancy services to the World Bank, the UNICEF, CIDA, CAFRAD, British American Tobacco, SME, Competition Commission, Nigerian Mortgage Re-financing Company, and a number of Companies in Mauritius. He has written 3 reports for the Government of Mauritius, several book chapters, more than 80 articles in refereed journals, some 50 conference papers assessed scores of Doctoral degrees and successfully supervised a dozen PhDs. He has also been invited as keynote speaker in a number of international conferences. Leading education and strategy at the University of Technology, Mauritius, Dr. Chittoo has participated in the formulation of the National Strategic Foresight Exercise 2050 for Mauritius and has been member of different National level Committees for the Government of Mauritius. Indrajit Ghosal presently serves as an Associate Professor & Research Coordinator at Brainware University, Barasat, Kolkata (India), and Dept. of Management. Dr. Indrajit was awarded a Ph.D. in Online Marketing (Management) in 2020. He was awarded FRPM in 2017. He has done his masters in MCA and an undergraduate with BSc.IT. He has more than 16+ years of experience in teaching. He has published 75 research papers in many reputed journals with indexing such as ABDC, ABS, Scopus, WOS, UGC, and many more, and published 6 patents. He has presented papers in 36 International, 7 national, and 4 case studies in conferences. He is the author of 6 Books and 5 edited books published by Taylor & Francis, Nova Science, IGI Global, and published Book chapters. He assists 3 Ph.D. scholars, and four MPhil scholars already awarded under his supervision. He reviews many reputed journal indexes in Scopus, WOS, ABDC, ABS, and SSCI. As a Keynote Speaker/ Resource person/Chairperson, he has been invited to 30 Conferences/workshops/seminars. He is associated as an Examiner for PhD. DRC seminar in Seacom Skills University, West Bengal, Mewar University, Rajasthan. He is a Member of ACM (Meerut Chapter), SSRN, MTTF (Bhatinda, Punjab), Life Member and executive member of the Education Research and Development Association (ERDA), Member of IARA (Guwahati), IARA (Tiruchirappalli) & World Leadership Academy. His area of research is Digital Marketing, Consumer behavior, Online Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and E-commerce.
Kandasamy Ravindran , MBA, MSW, M.Phil, Ph.D., is currently employed at Presidency Business School in Bangalore, bringing with him 13.5 years of teaching experience. Specializing in marketing, he has authored over 40 research papers published in renowned international and national journals. Presently, he mentors doctoral scholars in management, and one of his mentees has successfully obtained a doctoral degree under his guidance. Recognized for his excellence, he has been honored with several best faculty and teaching competency awards. In the field of marketing, he has made significant contributions with two distinct patents. Additionally, he holds various administrative positions across different institutions. Serving as an editor for a few journals, he has secured a Major Research Project from ICSSR, New Delhi. His expertise extends to acting as an external examiner for Ph.D. public viva voce examinations. Furthermore, he is actively engaged in sharing his knowledge, delivering guest lectures, and serving as a keynote speaker at various institutions.
Jin Yong Park is working as Professor in Konkuk School of Business, Seoul, Korea South. He holds a Ph.D. from Yonsei University, Korea South. His research interests include channels of distribution, retailing, online consumer behaviors, information quality in marketing channels, and e-business research. His papers appeared in marketing and channels, information technology, and management related journals and proceedings of international conferences.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.
Information regarding the right of withdrawal
Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to California Books, Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
