Are you an executive who feels isolated at the top? In a world where leaders are expected to project strength, confidence, and control, Executive Loneliness reveals a reality many high-level professionals face but rarely discuss. This powerful book by Nick Jonsson sheds light on the often-hidden struggles of C-suite leaders, from anxiety and depression to substance dependence and burnout. It offers a compassionate, insightful roadmap to help leaders reconnect with their purpose, health, and well-being.

Why This Book Matters:
More than a self-help guide, Executive Loneliness is a timely call to action for business leaders, HR professionals, and those who support the mental health of executives.
