Excursion Flora of the British Isles by A. R. Clapham, T. G. Tutin and E. F. Warburg, published by Cambridge University Press. This is the second edition, dated 1968, with the first edition recorded as 1959 and reprinted in 1965. A loose errata slip listing corrections to the keys is laid into the book. The hardback has a blue cloth-effect cover with a green title panel to the front board, lettered in cream, and gilt lettering to the spine. Author details and publication notes appear on the front inside flap of the dust jacket. Externally, the jacket shows wear at the corners and spine ends, with chipping and a small closed tear to the lower front corner, along with scattered foxing spots to the front and rear panels. The spine lettering remains legible. Internally, the text block paper appears age-toned, with the sample page shown free of noticeable staining.
