Paperback. This is an adventure story, a love story, a compelling story of overcoming the odds. Set in the 1970s, it is the continuing saga of Jillian and friends, told from the view point of a youth, who met with the complexities of life, the good, the bad, the highs and lows. The story encompasses concepts of normalcy, what is acceptable, what is unacceptable, as well as the paranormal bordering on surreal. It is a coming of age story. This book observes childhood, relationships, and parenting. It looks at cause and effect, and strives to shift paradigms of human behavior to improve the quality of life for the majority. Based on a true story. This work intends to reach-out to those that are experiencing similar situations. Know that you are not alone. We are not alone. We can help one another. It is also a series of passages that strives to eliminate bullying at its point of origination and at every turn thereafter. This book intends to point out very real situations and offer the reader the opportunity to suggest ways to make improvements. Last but not least, this book intends to inspire each and every one of you to write your story and to strive to support the changes you want to see in this world. If you liked One Tree Hill, Dawson's Creek, or Peyton Place set in the 1950s you will probably enjoy this series of books.
