About the Author

Has wide-ranging professional experience and expertise in areas such as European and competition Law, studied and taught law at the University of Lisbon, worked as chief of staff for the Minister of Environment and Energy, written several books in Portuguese and now publishes his first book in English based on his academic studies in Kings College.
