Paperback. Sometimes the right place isn't a place at all.it's the people who stay beside us. Etta the flamingo tries standing on one leg. Then the other. Then the first one again. But no matter where she stands, something still doesn't feel quite right. While the other flamingos stand perfectly still in tidy little groups, Etta feels wiggly inside - until she meets Pip, a cheerful little oriole with a magical shimmering map. Together, they follow the glowing map through tall grass, squishy mud, wobbly moments, laughter, and golden sunsets. But as the map slowly fades, Etta begins to wonder if they were ever searching for a place at all. Maybe the real magic was discovering that friendship, kindness, and feeling understood can help us feel at home wherever we are.
