Paperback. This amazing book of aphorisms is designed to illuminate and open minds to the chains which bind us all. The author, Damon McGregor, who has a Bachelor's in Philosophy, a Bachelor's in Psychology, a minor in English, and a Master's in Philosophy, has spent years observing and participating in humankind and various forms of institutions to find the threads which bind them and us all, in an attempt to unravel the threads which stitches the seams. The book's mixture of romantic poetics of the Nietzschean Dionysian, and the structured form of the Aristotelian Apollonian, make a perfect blend to provide clear understanding of the structure of how and why we live as human beings, and in some cases what we may do to live the highest existences possible. His compiled aphorisms are not definitive, but are suggestions which can be seen as "keys" to dimensions of our human psyche and behavior, each illumination shedding light on emotional and rational behavior.
