ENGLISH DESCRIPTION
"A period novel, a love story, a story of initiation, a psychological novel, a political novel, a novel about fathers and sons, a novel about creating readers and not writers, a sad novel that brings joy, a joyful novel that brings sadness. I'd say thank you, but that isn't enough. I'll say it anyway: Thank you for writing this. It will stay with me for a long time." - Leila Guerriero
A virus is spreading around the world, causing people to forget everything and lose all belief in yesterday. Through it all, Land - making and unmaking memories - moves through his own story and those of the people around him, hacking their childhood, adolescence and adulthood across three Great Cities.
Welcome to REC, REW and PLAY without STOP; books stolen, abandoned or destroyed; hypnotic parties and trance-like funerals; sleepless parents who want to be their children's best friends and children who dream only of being able to sleep; Big Vaina and Nome; love affairs that don't kill or die but instead are immortalized forever; ghostly writers and untrustworthy readers; and truths, lies and secrets written or corrected in blue and red.
