About the Author:

In addition to authoring umerous magazine articles, he is a popular speaker at conferences worldwide. Ted is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Microsoft Certified System Engineer, and seven-time winner of the Microsoft Support Most Valuable Professional award. Larry C. Whipple is senior technical architect at SeraNova, Inc. where he is in charge of the technology used in the Volkswagen of America web site. He has also served as CEO/CTO for iShopper, Inc. and vice president of web development for MicroDomain.
