Do your relationships feel lifeless, burdened by misunderstandings, or lacking connection? Are you searching for ways to bring them back to life?
Larry Garfield Ginn, MA, MFT, combines timeless Christian principles with proven, evidence-based techniques to offer a powerful guide for transforming your relationships and, in turn, your life. His groundbreaking book, Essential Ingredients for Lasting Relationships Through C.P.R. (Covenant Producing Relationships), helps to instill over 35 years of couples’ counseling, marriage retreats and relationship conferences for families, churches and organizations.
This truly inspiring book dives deep into the dynamics of healthy, sustainable relationships, offering practical tools and fresh perspectives for healing and restoration. You will uncover the key ingredients for building stronger bonds with family, friends, colleagues, and your broader community.
What makes C.P.R. so compelling is its unique integration of Biblical covenants — profound promises that serve as a foundation for thriving relationships — with contemporary psychological insights.
Through vivid storytelling and practical advice, Ginn reveals how to apply Biblical wisdom in today’s fast-paced world, making it accessible for anyone eager to repair, revitalize, or enrich their connections. Whether you're struggling with unresolved conflicts, seeking to strengthen your marriage, or desiring more meaningful friendships, C.P.R. provides the framework to breathe life into your relationships.
At the heart of this book is a compassionate message of hope: no matter how fractured or distant your relationships may seem, healing is possible. With a focus on forgiveness, empathy, and intentionality, Ginn outlines steps to restore trust and cultivate love that lasts. Each chapter not only offers valuable insights but also includes practical exercises to help you implement the principles discussed.
As an added bonus, the book concludes with a collection of inventories (checklists) designed to assess and enhance your unique relational situations. These tools serve as a compass, helping you navigate the complexities of current or past relationships with clarity and grace.
“You won't regret taking a peek at this truly inspiring book,” Ginn assures, “as it offers powerful tools and ideas about healthy, sustainable relationships. Once you read it, you’ll find yourself equipped to heal and restore relationships in ways you never thought possible.”
If you're ready to experience a transformation in your relationships and unlock the full potential of your connections, C.P.R.: Covenant Producing Relationships is your ultimate guide. Dive in today — you'll be amazed at the difference it makes.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
