Beautifully bound and signed on the front endleaf with an ink pallet by Bumpus, in brown morocco leather to spine and corners, vellum boards, with gilt line edging. Raised banding, gilt lettering, gilt ruling, and dark green morocco leaf on-lays to spine. All page edges gilt. Marbled pastedowns and endpapers. Initial and terminal blanks plus half-title present. Armorial bookplates to endpapers belonging to Lionel Edward Sackville West [3rd Baron Sackville - British peer]. Condition: NEAR FINE. An excellent copy, both very tight and remarkably clean. Scarce thus.
