nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - 'The Escape: Compound Chronicles' follows the story of Hazel, a woman who defies a controlling marriage to escape into the unforgiving Blackwood. She has no map, no coat, and a relentless pack of Sentinels hunting her. Her only hope is a man who once wore the brand of her captors, a desolate deserter hiding in the 'dead zones' of the forest. Luke, having spent three years in hiding, is drawn into Hazel's struggle when their paths collide. Together, they must fight for survival against high-tech drones, brutal enemies, and an ever-present threat. As Hazel's strength emerges, she learns that the most dangerous thing in the woods isn't the cold it's herself, as she discovers her voice in the face of danger.
