Eric Clapton Unplugged is a guitar book featuring 14 songs from guitarist and singer-songwriter Eric Clapton's celebrated Unplugged repertoire in easy guitar arrangements. Designed for guitar players who want accessible versions of these acoustic blues and rock songs, it combines notes, guitar tablature and chord symbols in a practical format for learning, practice and playing favourite tracks.
The collection brings together songs including Layla, Tears In Heaven, Old Love and Hey Hey alongside blues-rooted pieces such as Alberta, Malted Milk and Walkin' Blues. The easy arrangements provide guitar TAB with chord information, giving players a clear way to work through the music while becoming more familiar with the phrasing, chord changes and character of Clapton's Unplugged material.
With fourteen contrasting songs in one volume, the book offers plenty of variety for regular practice. Familiar favourites can provide an inviting reason to keep playing, while the mix of rock, blues and acoustic material gives guitarists opportunities to develop confidence and musical expression across a distinctive collection associated with one of Eric Clapton's best-known performances.
