Introduction to Entrepreneurial Project Management with AI (EPM-AI)
Introduction to Entrepreneurial Project Management with AI (EPM-AI) is the world’s first and only delivery methodology engineered from the ground up for autonomous AI agents and entrepreneurial speed. No retrofits. No compromises. No illusion that legacy frameworks can be rescued.
Within 48 hours of finishing this book, you will have:
-
Autonomous AI delivery agents
AI agents that plan, neutralise risks, and reroute initiatives before humans even register that something is wrong.
-
The Entinology Diamond and Three Sisters of Delivery
A complete operating system that converts organisational chaos into focused, relentless velocity.
-
Redesigned ceremonies
Delivery rituals that shrink from hours of status theatre to minutes of precise, decisive action.
-
Delivery Stabilisers for sustained speed
Mechanisms that make 40–70% acceleration the new baseline rather than an occasional success.
What this book is—and what it is not
This is not an “AI-enhanced” band-aid slapped on top of yesterday’s project management.
It is a break with fake predictability, scope creep, and corporate stagnation.
Organisations that master EPM-AI now will own their markets in the coming cycle.
Those that do not will be reduced to case studies in irrelevance.
Act before you are overtaken
Time is not on your side. The AI-native delivery revolution has already begun.
Secure your copy now. Lead the wave—or be swept aside by it.
