About the Author
Hari Mohan Pandey works in data science and artificial intelligence at school of technology Bournemouth University, UK. They are featured in the 2022 World Ranking list of Top 2% scientist by Sandford University. They specialized in Computer Science & Engineering. My research area includes artificial intelligence, soft computing techniques, natural language processing, language acquisition, machine learning, deep learning and computer vision. They have been an author of various books in computer science engineering (algorithms, programming and evolutionary algorithms). Recently, my book entitle “State of the Art on Grammatical Inference Using Evolutionary Method " has been published in Elsevier. They have published over 120 scientific papers in reputed journals and conferences. They are serving on the editorial board of reputed journals (including Neural Networks Elsevier, Applied Soft Computing Elsevier, Swarm and Evolutionary Computing Elsevier, Neural Computing and Applications Springer, IEEE Transactions of Evolutionary Computation, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, Neurocomputing Springer, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems and Knowledge Based Systems Elsevier) as action editor, associate editor, and guest editor. They are a reviewer of top international conferences such as GECCO, CEC, IJCNN, BMVC, AAAI etc. They have delivered expert talks as keynote and invited speaker. They are a fellow of the HEA of the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) and have a rich teaching experience at the higher education level. They have delivered lecturers in the International summer/winter schools. I have been given the prestigious award “The Global Award for the Best Computer Science Faculty of the Year 2015”, award for completing INDO-US project “GENTLE”, award (Certificate of Exceptionalism) from the Prime Minister of India and award for developing innovative teaching and learning models for higher-education. In past, They worked as a sr. lecturer in computer science department at Edge Hill University. They also worked as a research fellow machine learning at the school of technology at Middlesex University London where they worked on a European Commission project- DREAM4CARS. My role was to research and develop advanced machine learning techniques relevant to the project goals and to evaluate these on both project & reference data sets. To lead and manage relevant work packages in support of the project, ensuring appropriate interfacing with partners.
Shilpa Mehta has completed her PhD degree from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. She has five years of teaching experience from different reputed colleges and universities of India. She has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), Auckland, New Zealand. Currently, she is working as an independent researcher. She was awarded Summer Doctoral Research Scholarship for her PhD research. She has worked on various interdisciplinary research projects and her research interests include Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits, RF front ends, Optimization, Internet of Things, Wireless Communication, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare, Radars, and Software-defined Radios, Smart Cities. As an editor, she has edited four books with IGI Global and one with Nova Science Publishers. She is also working on different edited books to be published by IGI Global, Apple Academic Press, Scrivener-Wiley, Cambridge, and Springer Nature, respectively.
Dr. Vineeta Singh is presently associated with Department of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Engineering and Technology, Chhatrapati Shahu ji Maharaj University Kanpur, India. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience in different Engineering and Technological Institutions. She has guided more than 220 B.Tech. level projects and more than 2 M.Tech. level Projects. She is Ph.D. in CSE from the Harcourt Butler Technical University Kanpur, India and M.Tech from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow as well as B.Tech with honours from UPTU Lucknow India. Her area of research includes Deep learning, Image Processing, Cyber Security, Data Mining and Biometrics. She has 43+ Scopus/SCIE Publications and 20+ are in pipeline. She also worked as reviewer in different international conferences organized by IIT BHU (ANTIC-BHU) Varanasi and NIT Arunachal Pradesh. She is also working as reviewer in SCIE indexed journals such as IET Image Processing, Scientific Reports, Signal Image and Video Processing, Journal of Scientific and Industrial Research and many more. She is also associated as an editor with five ongoing projects as edited Books pertaining to renowned publishers such as Bentham Science, Wiley Scrivener. She has two Indian Granted Patents “Artificial Tree for oxygen production and atmospheric purification” and SMART BOOK FOR TRACKING STUDENTS’ LEARNING PROGRESS and third one is in process. She has three design based grants accepted and 6 in process. She has one UK design grant.
Dr. Kapil Joshi is an Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) at Uttaranchal Institute of Technology (UIT), Uttaranchal University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. He has completed his Ph.D, topic on “Image Quality Enhancement using Fusion Technique” in computer science and engineering from Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. He has more than 10 years' experience in industry, academic, and research. His areas of interest are Operating System, Computer Networks, Web Technology, Data Structure and Java etc. His research areas are deep learning, CNN, Computer vision etc. He has published various patents, 400+ research papers in reputed journals (UGC/Scopus) as well as published 20+ books in international publication. Dr. Kapil Joshi has published more than 50+ research papers in various international journals (including ISI/SCI indexed). He has also been associated with many conferences at National and International level and organized many conferences like STEM-2017, ICACDS-18, ICAESMT-19, ICAEST-20, ICAEST-21, ICIS-22, ICNN-22, IDVRP-22, ICAEST-22 and ICAEST-23. He was also a student member of IEEE UP section in session 2019-20 and editorial member, guest editor and technical reviewers in various reputed national/international journals like Springer, Elsevier and Taylorfrancis etc. Dr. Joshi organized several conferences and has been invited as a key-speaker in various workshops/conferences. Dr. Joshi has filed/published more than 30 patents. He has written 5+ books and more than 20+ book chapters in the reputed publications.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to Rarewaves.com UK, Unit 144 The Lightbox, 111 Power Road, W4 5PY, London, London, United Kingdom, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
