Have you ever been confused or upset, not understanding why the important people in your life see things totally different than you do?
It’s fascinating how much a new perspective can add to the quality of our lives. Imagine a situation where you became surprised, seeing that somebody pointing to things that are obviously red and they say: “it’s blue”. Have you ever been confused about what’s going on with other people?
Now imagine that you wear colored-classes since you were a child, so long, that you’ve forgotten that it even exists. In fact, everyone wears glasses like that, in one of nine different colors. Everything you experience in your life comes to you through this filter.
The Enneagram types are something like that.
A single system that can help you understand and explain people’s behavior and core values.
Your Enneagram type is coming from the strategy you developed in your childhood to cope with the situations you’ve faced. That’s the base of the personality you have today. Are you a Helper type of person? (Type 2) More like an Observer? (Type 5) Or a natural Leader? (Type 8)
Gain insights into the thrilling depths of the nine Enneagram types.
Maybe you think that your character is so unique so it can’t fit in any “personality type”. Well, it IS unique. Enneagram is not about categorizing people in boxes, it’s about understanding their core values. Expect to be encouraged as you read this book. Expect to become excited at times as you read descriptions of the concealed aspects of your personality that are so spot on, you’ll wonder if someone’s spying on you.
Improve the quality of your life by truly understanding yourself and others.
By becoming aware of the personality types, you’ll naturally develop more compassion towards people’s traits and differences, including yourself. Knowing and accepting the person you are is key for a happy and fulfilled life. Having a deeper understanding when you interact with others, like your spouse, family, colleagues, and friends, will change the conversation for good and lead to better relationships.
Powerful self-development advice is based on your exact personality type.
This is not a “one size fits all” personal development book. Enneagram helps us to begin our individualized path and it even provides language to talk about it. It gives us clues about what makes you tick, what the weaknesses are that are hard to be aware of, and what the strengths and gifts that are waiting for you to embrace are.
For an extra gift, you’ll also receive the improved Enneagram Test refined by Eleanor’s group sessions.
