and has received immediate acclaim for its fresh approach to what used to be
the gruelling, insurmountable and enigmatic task of giving up smoking.
Enjoy Giving Up Smoking has been written for the young smoker, the middle
age smoker, the elderly smoker and indeed the ex-smoker who has given up but
is still being driven to distraction by the envy of smokers and that
craving, that lingers on, for a cigarette. So for the young and old alike
its philosophy is fascinating.
Enjoy Giving Up Smoking strips the whole business of smoking right down to
the bare bones. All the myths, delusions and misinformation are exposed
allowing the reader to see through all the disguises and trickery. The

unparalleled power. The implications are dramatic as the reader finds it
both easy and enjoyable to quit permanently. Also, because of the clarity of
exposition, the book has been accepted as essential reading and the
definitive book for all those who want to quit smoking with a smile.
The whole process of giving up smoking is tackled from a new angle, turning
the whole process into an enjoyable game that any reader will win.
After 10 years of research and development the system that never fails is
complete. The whole cultural ethos contained in Enjoy Giving Up Smoking
ensures that the reader enjoys every minute of the giving up experience even
during the withdrawal period, right through to the end of a joyful life.
