The English Cocker Spaniel is a breed of gun dog that was developed in England in the mid-19th century. However Spaniel-type dogs have been present within English art and literature for over 500 years. Traditionally the English Cocker Spaniel was not used to retrieve game, during a hunt, but would rather chase the game towards the guns. The English Cocker Spaniel is a sturdy, compact and well-balanced dog. It has a characteristic expression that makes the breed appear intelligent and alert at all times. The breed has dark eyes and large lobular ears that reach past the tip of the dog’s nose when pulled forward. The English Cocker Spaniel is very similar to the English Springer Spaniel and at first glance there seems to be no differences – other than the English Springer Spaniel being larger in size. However the English Cocker Spaniel tends to have longer ears and the English Springer Spaniel tends to have a longer muzzle and a less abundant coat.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to World of Books (was SecondSale), Montgomery, Illinois, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
