Paperback. What does it look like to engage the 'difficult' people in our lives? How might we respond to a person who believes (drastically) different than us - especially when they make hurtful remarks? If you believe there must be an alternative to writing them off or telling them off, this book is for you. It's filled with relevant stories to inspire you and handy tips to help you respond with an empathy that strengthens relationships. There's no quick fix, no magic spell. In fact, the real-life lessons in this book are really hard. But with patient practice, they will provide a new, rewarding way forward in tough conversations. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.
