Beautifully illustrated throughout with colored pictures and charts. The core of this book is an A-Z directory of more than 150 of the world's most popular and beautiful timbers in commercial use. Growth and distribution, appearance, mechanical and working properties, and applications are listed, with each wood superbly illustrated in colour. The dust jacket is in very good condition also with only minimal edgewear and handling. From the private library of a retired furniture/sample builder.
