Samuel O Idowu is a senior lecturer in Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility at the Guildhall School of Business and Law, London Metropolitan University where he is currently the course leader for the MSc Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability and Advanced Diploma in Professional Development (ADPD) Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability. Samuel is a Professor of CSR and Sustainability at Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, China. He is a fellow member of the Chartered Governance Institute, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Governance Institute and a named freeman of the City of London. He is the President and Deputy CEO of the Global Corporate Governance Institute an international network of CSR scholars. Samuel has published over fifty articles in both professional and academic journals and contributed chapters in several edited books and is the Editor-in-Chief of three major global reference books by Springer – the Encyclopedia of Corporate Social Responsibility (ECSR), the Dictionary of Corporate Social Responsibility (DCSR) and the Encyclopaedia of Sustainable Management (ESM) and he is a Series Editor for Springer’s CSR, Sustainability, Ethics and Governance books. Samuel is an Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Corporate Social Responsibility and the American Journal of Economics and Business Administration. Samuel has been in academia for more than 30 years winning one of the Highly Commended Awards of Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence in 2008 and 2014. In 2010, one of his edited books was placed in 18th position out of forty top Sustainability books by Cambridge University Programme for Sustainability Leadership and in 2016 one of his books won the outstanding Business Reference Book of the year of the American Library Association. In 2018 he won a CSR Leadership Award in Cologne, Germany and in 2019 he won the 101 Most Impactful CSR Leaders Award in Mumbai, India. Samuel is on the Editorial Advisory Boards of the International Journal of Business Administration and Amfiteatru Economic Journal. He has been researching in the field of CSR since 1983 and has attended and presented papers at several national and international conferences and workshops on CSR. Samuel has made a number of keynote speeches at international conferences and workshops and written the foreword to a number of leading books in the field of CSR and Sustainable Development. And he has examined on a few PhD theses in the UK, Australia, South Africa, the Netherlands and New Zealand.

René Schmidpeter is Professor at BFH Bern (Switzerland) and research scientist at the interdisciplinary academic faculty of the Parmenides Foundation in Munich. He is guest professor/lecturer in Germany, Austria, China, USA, India, Australia and England as well as series editor for Springer’s CSR, Sustainability, Ethics & Governancebook series, editor of the Encyclopedia of Sustainable Management (ESM) and editor of the Dictionary of Corporate Social Responsibility (DCSR). His research and teaching activities focus on sustainable business transformation, international perspectives on sustainability, social innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship with special focus on the relationship between business and society. René serves as an expert and keynote speaker in many academic, economic and political steering committees as well as sustainability advisory boards. He is Vice President of the Global Corporate Governance Institute (GCGI) and Founder of M3TRIX / TETRANOMICS in Cologne and Munich, Germany.

Nicholas Capaldi is Legendre-Soulé Distinguished Chair in Business Ethics at Loyola University New Orleans, where he also serves as Director of the Center for Spiritual Capital. He is the founder and President of the Global Corporate Governance Institute. He received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. from Columbia University. His principal research and teaching interest is in public policy and its intersection with political science, philosophy, law, religion, and economics. He is the author of 8 books, over 100 articles, editor of ten anthologies, member of the editorial board of six journals, and has served as editor of Public Affairs Quarterly. He is Associate Editor of the Encyclopedia of Corporate Social Responsibility (Springer). His most recent book is Liberty and Equality in Political Economy: From Locke versus Rousseau to the Present. He is the author of the Cambridge intellectual biography John Stuart Mill. Currently, he is writing a book tentatively entitled the Anglo-American Conception of the Rule of Law.

Dr. Liangrong Zu is former senior United Nations official, founder of Global Youth Leadership Academy (GYLA) and Taoist Leadership Academy for Sustainability and Excellence (T-LASE), Vice President of China Institute for Responsible Management Education and Sustainable Development. Dr. Zu is specialist and consultant in corporate social responsibility (CSR), business ethics, systems & design thinking for sustainable development, social innovation & social entrepreneurship, Taoist leadership & management, and executive presence, etc. Dr. Zu holds PhD in business and management at Nottingham University Business School in United Kingdom. He received his master’s degree in economics of education from Beijing Normal University in China.

Mara Del Baldo is Associate Professor of Financial Accounting and Economics of Sustainability and Accountability at the University of Urbino (Italy), Department of Economics, Society and Politics, School of Economics. Her main research interests include, among others: Corporate Social Responsibility, entrepreneurs and SMEs’ business ethics; territorial responsibility; SMEs strategies of qualitative development and networking strategies; social and environmental accounting, financial reporting, integrated reporting and accounting and gender. Rute Abreu is Professor in Accounting and Finance at the Instituto Politécnico da Guarda, Portugal, since 1990. Teaches financial analysis, corporate finance, schedule and appraisal investment, auditing, financial accounting, taxation, firm valuation and social responsibility management. Master degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal; PhD Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Usually, develops activities with Social Responsibility Research Network and Global Corporate Governance Institute and research focus on CSR, corporate governance, accounting and firm valuation and it has been published in several journals. Also, participates on the blind review process for several journals and I help as Associated Editor on The Social Responsibility Journal. Regularly, develops scientific activities related with participation and organization, all over the world, conferences and meetings. Since main objective, she promotes transfer to the society related with Tax Citizenship and Management Quality Systems in Social Economy.

If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
