Learn how to release emotional baggage, reduce stress, and restore balance with this groundbreaking guide to energy healing and holistic wellbeing.
'Can change our understanding of how we store emotional experiences and in so doing, change our lives' - Tony Robbins, bestselling author of Awaken the Giant Within
Struggling with stress, anxiety or unresolved emotions?
Looking for practical ways to improve your emotional wellbeing and restore balance?
In this revised and expanded edition of The Emotion Code, renowned holistic physician and lecturer Dr. Bradley Nelson reveals how unresolved emotional experiences can become ‘trapped emotions’ - invisible energies that can affect your body, mind and overall health.
These trapped emotions can influence how you think, how you feel, and how you connect with others. Over time, they may impact relationships, confidence, health and overall wellbeing, even affecting your ability to give and receive love.
The Emotion Code is a powerful and simple way to rid yourself of this unseen baggage, offering a step-by-step method to help you:
- Identify and release trapped emotions
- Let go of emotional baggage and past trauma
- Reduce stress, anxiety and negative thought patterns
- Improve emotional wellbeing and resilience
- Support physical health through mind-body healing
- Strengthen relationships and emotional connection
Drawing on years of clinical experience, Dr Nelson presents practical techniques, real-life case studies and easy-to-follow guidance to help you take control of your emotional health.
