Millennials and progressive Christians are continuing their work of creating alternative spaces for spiritual and religious expressions in North America. About the Authors: Terry Shoemaker is a Lecturer in the School of Historical, Philosophical, and Religious Studies at Arizona State University. He is the editor of a Religion and Sport Series and the editor of The Prophetic Dimension of Sport (2018).


Rachel C. Schneider is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Religion and Public Life Program at Rice University.
