- Book 2 of 3: Shadow Work Mastery
Shadow work is the key to unleashing the best version of yourself. 🌓
The Shadow incorporates all our disowned, unhealed parts that are hidden deep within the unconscious. These parts of your being that form your Shadow stem from emotional pain and trauma, forming a tangled web of repressed emotional wounds.
If not dealt with, the Shadow can cause us to enact its contents in our daily life, often with very harmful consequences. Shadow Work is a tool you can use to uncover these parts and live a healthier, happier life as your true self.
As a process of self-discovery, Shadow Work will help you know and accept all the parts of you that were repressed because they were deemed 'bad' or unacceptable.
This encounter with your Shadow Self is essential in order to move forward, grow, and stop repeating the same unhelpful patterns.
Within these pages, you will find a guide to lead you safely and peacefully on this journey, as well as discover a shame-free place to explore your inner space. You will learn how to tackle the obstacles to embracing your Shadow and how to sit comfortably and confidently within your own self. You will also be offered an array of tools and prompts to help you prepare yourself to begin this process.
Sharpen your perceptions, improve your relationships and tap into your unlimited potential by letting the true YOU resurface.
This guide will offer you invaluable methods of unearthing repressed emotions and memories in order to begin healing from suppressed trauma and generational wounds. Dive into the mystery that is your being, uncover the wonder of your soul, and dare to tap into the infinite power of your subconscious mind.
✨ In Embracing Your Darkness, you will learn more about Carl Jung's theory of the Shadow, archetypes, complexes, the unconscious mind, and Shadow Work. This complete guide will offer you all the tools you need to do the work, including:
- The foundational principles of Shadow Work
- How to spot your Shadow
- How to identify it using archetypes
- Recognising projection to identify the Shadow
- Meditation & mindfulness to dive into your inner space
- Accepting and releasing emotional wounds and trauma
- Tools to give up self-judgment and rebuild your emotional body
- Inner Child healing
