Somewhere between responsibilities, expectations, and holding space for everyone else, you began to lose touch with what feels true for you. You do not notice it at first. You keep showing up, doing what is needed, keeping everything together. Yet behind the masks, exhaustion settles into your body. The mornings feel heavy. The spark that once inspired you has dulled beneath the endless to do lists. You find yourself running on autopilot, smiling, performing, keeping everything together, while inside something feels missing. The voice that once guided you has grown faint, and you cannot quite remember what it feels like to truly breathe, rest, or trust yourself. Something inside you knows there is more to life than surviving the day. Beneath it all, a deeper part of you calls you home.
Embodied Grace: Trusting Yourself, Healing Deeply, Expanding Fully guides you back to that inner home. It offers a path to reconnect with yourself, soften into your wisdom, and welcome more ease, presence, and grace into the everyday moments of your life. Through reflections, practices, and stories of healing, Stacey Webb reveals that grace is not something you must earn. It is a presence within you, shaping the way you move, choose, and respond to the world around you.
This book invites you to listen inwardly and meet what longs for healing with tenderness and courage. It will support you in expanding into the fullness of who you are, cultivating a life rooted in self-compassion, inner wisdom, and the ever presence of grace woven through everything you do.
Stacey Webb is an Intuitive Somatic Mentor, Somatic Practitioner, Warrior of Grace, and Author dedicated to supporting individuals as they deepen into self-compassion, healing, embodied grace, and the wisdom that lives within.
