Does your mind ever feel like it's working against you?
Do you lie awake at night with thoughts you can't switch off?
Do you replay conversations, second-guess decisions, or worry about things you can't control?
Do you feel like no matter what you do — the negativity just comes back?
You are not broken. Your mind has simply learned patterns that no longer serve you.
And what has been learned can be unlearned.
Why most approaches don't work
Most advice focuses on symptoms. This book goes deeper — showing you exactly how your mind creates these patterns and giving you a complete, proven system to eliminate them at the root.
Positive thinking alone doesn't work if you don't understand what's driving the negative thoughts in the first place.
This book fixes that first.
