Neuware - During the last 20 years, Ryan Kueter has sought to solve some of the most complex problems of human Psychology. And he has found that the solution to many of those problems is not the overly simplistic solutions offered by many Psychologists today. But they require understanding how many different scientifically established elements of behavior work together to influence life outcomes. In this timeless work, Ryan Kueter explores the ten universal elements of behavior that have the most influence on life outcomes. He proposes a new unifying theory of motivation, and explores topics, like how to improve self-confidence, creativity, life satisfaction, and judgment when making risky or impactful decisions. At the end, he draws some conclusions about how the concepts presented in this book could help policy makers create laws or programs that could more effectively reduce social problems and improve the overall happiness of populations.
