Covers heavily rubbed, marbled sections chipped and scratched, corners worn to round, binding sound with one small section of pages just starting to loosen from the bottom, pages age-darkened and a little edgeworn but clearly legible, front free endpaper removed, name on Harriet Woodford inside front cover, a few stray tiny pencil marks and unobtrusive ink spots to pages.
