From the Back Cover
As anyone involved in the world of electronics will attest, the field is becoming increasingly complex, presenting new advances that are challenging to follow and understand. Even so, a solid grasp of the basics (dc circuits, ac circuits, and devices) remains critical to one's success in understanding the more advanced applications―and the sooner and more completely the basics are mastered, the better!
Electronics Technology Fundamentals is not a traditional book. It is the first text written to cover do circuits, ac circuits, and devices in one single, condensed, easy-to-read volume, allowing these fundamentals to be covered in half the time. Hailed by instructors as "an excellent, innovative approach" to teaching the fundamentals, the text presents all of the same vital information offered in "traditional" books using the unique, clear writing style and superb learning tools developed by seasoned authors Robert Paynter and B. J. Toby Boydell.
