Electrical engineering finally explained as a connected system, not a list of formulas [for USA-UK]
Do concepts like voltage, current, resistance, or AC vs DC feel confusing or disconnected?
You’re not alone.
Most electrical engineering books either go too deep into theory too quickly or stay so superficial that nothing truly sticks. You end up memorizing formulas, repeating definitions, and still feeling unsure of how everything actually works together.
This book takes a different approach.
Instead of teaching isolated topics, it builds your understanding step by step as one clear, connected system. So rather than just remembering concepts, you learn how they relate, why they matter, and how to apply them with confidence.
Written in plain language and supported by diagrams, visual explanations, real-world examples, and guided exercises, this book helps you connect theory to practice clearly and progressively, even if you have no prior engineering background.
What You’ll Learn Inside:
- Core electrical engineering concepts explained as one coherent system
- How voltage, current, resistance, and power actually work together
- The 5 fundamental components every circuit uses: resistor, capacitor, diode, inductor, and transistor
- How to read and understand circuit diagrams with confidence
- AC vs DC explained in practical, real-world terms
- Guided exercises and visual explanations that reinforce understanding
- Practical applications that support exams, projects, and real systems
- Essential electrical safety principles you can actually use
Who This Book Is For
This guide is ideal for:- Students who want a stronger and clearer foundation
- Self-learners who are tired of scattered explanations and confusion
- Professionals who want to refresh and solidify core concepts
- Anyone who wants to understand electrical systems with greater confidence
Whether your goal is academic progress, career growth, or personal mastery, this book gives you a clear path through the fundamentals without overwhelm, disconnected theory, or unnecessary complexity.
Imagine looking at a circuit and actually understanding what’s happening.
Imagine connecting formulas, components, and systems in a way that finally makes sense.

We give people around the world the opportunity to contribute to the circular economy, earn money and protect the planet, by trading their unwanted books and media. - Shopiago: Through Shopiago, we help others. By sharing the technology that has grown World of Books Group into the business it is today, we’re helping charities increase revenue and reduce waste through re-commerce.…
